The GPO Patient Experience

Thank you so much for choosing us as your healthcare provider! We want to make you as comfortable as possible even before you get here, so we've provided a walkthrough of what to expect when you visit. We're calling it the GPO Patient Experience.

Once you arrive at one of our conveniently located offices, you'll feel the weight lift off your shoulders the moment you walk through the door. Each office is tastefully decorated and has a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. You'll check in at the front desk with one of our friendly receptionists who will gather any information needed. She will then ask you to sit in the lobby and enjoy a magazine, art museum book, or other interesting reading material that matches the theme of that office.

When your Medical Assistant calls you back for your appointment and you walk down the hallway, you will quickly see how meticulously your office has been decorated, as each office has its own theme from classic Hollywood, to world travels, to art through the ages and more. She will routinely take you by the scale and then show you to a warm and inviting room where she will take your blood pressure, get any other information she needs, and then leave you to relax and enjoy your environment while you wait a few minutes for your provider.

Your healthcare provider will greet you in a friendly manner and attentively listen to your concerns and then educate you on your health and what possible treatments, if needed, are available to you. Once you are finished with your exam and have discussed all of your concerns with the provider, you can be sure that the checkout process will be quick and pleasant. We know how busy life can get and don’t want to take up any more of your time than necessary. You will take your prescriptions, any lab papers, and your pink and white check out sheets and see the receptionist on your way out, making a follow up appointment if needed.
